Oops, Well Lets Get To Know Me

Well I got it wrong, I was told that for our blog we can write about anything that's happening in our life or just our interest in general. So the first 2 blogs were based on design; which I will continue to write about but it will not be solely that.

So lets get to know me, here a few things about me (I don't want to say facts, I don't know why)

- I'm 19
- Christianity is my way of life not my religion (it can be debatable wether it's a religion or way of life)
- I'm London born and breed (South East)
- Ethnic origin: from a beautiful tribe called Benin in Nigerian, with Egyptian roots
- I have 3 younger sisters and 14 first cousins (that's not even half my family ahaa )
- I can speak some Italian, love learning languages
- I love quotes, mostly about life and spirituality
- Big music and movie junkie
- Trey Songz, August Alsina and Chris Brown nothing more

Personality wise ...
- I don't see the point in being a rude/mean person, so I'm not about that. So I treat people how I want to be treated, but I don't take shit.
- I've learnt not to attach my emotions to people, so it's hard to get to me
- I don't take life so seriously, so most of the time I'm joking around generally make people life with my stupidness
- I hate following people, so I really don't follow the crowd at all. Like I can sit by myself in a room full of people and do my own thing.
- Lastly I'm a free spirit. Like mixing with different cultures, love anything spiritual e.g Yoga/meditating

Well, well, well that's me. I don't know why I keep saying well today but yeah.

I got lost on my way to work, getting lost is inevitable in Barcelona because all the streets look the same. Framework

After meeting the clients we decide to come up with ideas to how the pages would be laid out. The trend right now is flat design, consisting of solid colours and minimalism. I went with flat design because it suits our audience seeing as we want the app to be simple. These were my ideas, using san serif font to giving it a young feel, as well as having a lot of white space. Located at the bottom is a progress bar, so the user knows what step they are in the app. We then put our ideas together and came up with an official layout, to which I added colour and images. Work Placement: 3 months

It was mentioned this year that we have the opportunity to take on a placement from March to April. I was very happy about this not because I will not have to come in to University ahha, but because it's better to get has much experience as possible. Our careers advice emphasised this as she said the fact that we are University is the best time for this because employers are more willing to help you grow and allow you to make mistakes; compared to you being a graduate their expectation are higher. Also you will be in competition with people that have years of experience. Where do I want to head of to Originally I want to get out of this country and do all my work placements abroad, realistically that will be a lot of money.
